Wood Plastic composite Profile machine: Mainly used in the production of PVC door&window special-shaped material, special-shape cable porous seton pipe, decorative special-shaped material, PVC WPC special-shaped material, PE WPC special-shaped material etc. The unit is constituted by conical double screw extruder, vacuum sizing table, tractor, cutting machine, laminator, stacker etc. According to different section profile and mould, can choose different size conical double screw extruders. Vacuum shaping table adopts special enlarge vortex cooling system, convinent for cooling and shaping. Acoording to different mould, 4m, 6m, 8m, 10m length etc shaping tables are available to meet high speed extruding demand. Tractoer adopts unique up-down technology owned by our company with stable working, good reliability and enough traction. Cutting machine moves the sanme speed with tractor, reasontable desighed and fixed-length cutting automatically and equipped with dust recycle device.
