Central London Parking by Chancery Lane tube station ?

We have a secure parking space by our block. This is on Baldwins Gardens owned by Courtfield House. However, there are 2 large bins in this area. This means you would have to push the bins in and out every time you move your car. NCP parking around the corner costs 500 a month and we would be able to charge only 300 a month.
