world war 2 German helmet from the battlefields of St Mere Eglise This Helmet was bought & years ago from St Mere Eglise in Normandy and was not supposed to have been sold, the Helmet has clearly come out of the ground at some point over the past 60 odd years it has a rust hole in the back and one on the left side, the paint has all but gone there are traces of green paint on the inner side at the back of the helmet, being sold for what I paid for it, this is the genuine article not some repro tha you can buy for a tenner
